Mr. Lenard Menya Ongonge

Mr. Lenard Menya Ongonge is the esteemed mentor and Chief Consultant of the company. In this role, he establishes meaningful and personal relationships with mentees, ensuring regular interaction and consistent support. Working closely with consultants and staff, Menya collaborates to achieve program goals and imparts essential life-management skills such as decision-making, goal setting, conflict resolution, and money management. He also assists the company in acquiring additional resources and is a knowledgeable guide. With his expertise and experience, Menya serves as an advocate, coach, and role model to empower individuals within the organization. Menya holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Nairobi. Additionally, he has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the same institution. He is a member of esteemed professional bodies such as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK). Menya’s consultancy experience extends to renowned international companies. He has conducted audits for projects supported by SIDA financial assistance for Jomo Kenyatta Grounds, World Bank funding for the National Aids Control Council (NACC) in the fight against HIV/AIDS, and European Union-funded initiatives through the German Foundation for World Population (DSW), among numerous others.
